The Health & Safety Team have invited Sue Hugo from Education Support Partnership back to deliver a resilience session following on from the incredible feedback her workshop received at the Wellbeing Conference in November.
The session will look at how the particular characteristics of the school environment can impact upon an individual's resilience. It will examine ways of addressing this on order to develop resilience and protect one’s love of the job, enabling them to become resilient leaders.
This will be a 2.5 hour interactive session to be held at John Charles Centre for Sport on the 8th March 2019. There will be 1 session at 9.30am - 12.30pm and another repeated session at 1pm - 4pm.
Places are limited to 30 and will be allocated on a first come first served basis at £100 per person with a H&S/HR SLA/VC/Community School or £150 per person with no SLA. More than one person can attend from your school. ]
To book your place please search 'resilience' on the training tab on Leeds for Learning or call 0113 3788298 and speak to Georgia West.
